  • No, this is all fan made. Pokemon is owned by Gamefreak, Nintendo and the Pokemon company. We do not own Pokemon.

  • The D30 RPG system, addresses many of the problems with the D&D 5e fanmade conversion of Pokemon. Namely, this system treats the player as a separate entity than the Pokemon. It focuses on limiting the number crunching and streamlines combat to be intuitive and faster while mimicking the source material seen in the video games.

  • The D30 system is quick and fast. Character creation takes less then 15 mins from start to finish.

  • It is called the d30 system due to the core of mechanics being built around 5d6 dice.

  • Yes, we will be working on this project during 2024. Our intent is to release a full version of the D30 system version of the game completely free to the public and include all generations in the form of region releases.

  • After listening to several podcase and playing the fanmade rulesets that exist already, we found that the Pokemon could be better represented as a TTRPG by using the D30 system. by treating the player and the Pokemon as separate entities we found the system feels more the like video game while keeping the TTRPG feel.

  • Yes, we have designed 8 other classes (General PC, Grunt, Naturalist, Collector, PKMN Ranger, Pokken Fighter, PKMN Performer (Coordinator), PKMN Breeder and Researcher ) and will provide it to those by request during this DEMO phase. When we launch the FULL ruleset, we will have those included.
